Willson Bosiack and Greg Bosiack of Launch Telecom, LLC. owe my company over $5k.  I sent them an invoice in the middle of June 2012 and, to date, have still received no payment.  These two men have victimized me and my company.  Part of their scam is that they appear to be a legitimate telecom company, but in reality they are the company.  Willson has stated to me that he is in financial ruins and cannot pay his personal bills.  Please beware of these CON-ARTISTS, WILLSON BOSIACK and GREG BOSIACK.  I suspect they will begin doing business again soon under a different company name.  Any other victims of the Bosiacks, please contact me.

Report Not Posted In Effort to Collect Debt

AUTHOR: Mansour B. - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 10, 2012

To clarify, this post was in no way meant to help collect this debt as when it was made, the company had already filed for bankruptcy protection, and the debt had been deemed uncollectable.

You are in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act

AUTHOR: IamGood - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, October 08, 2012

You have violated the terms of the fair debt collections Practices Act by posting this report. You have certain avenue's to try to collect from these 2 individuals, but this is not one of them.

You can attempt to collect by hiring a collection agency, or a lawyer to sue them.  But by posting this post to a national post you have inadvertently attempted to collect a debt by going on line to inform every body that they owe you money.

This is a Big NO NO.   This could get you sued.  If this company reads this report, they would be within their rights to sue you for damages. I know you are frustrated because they owe you money, but you have violated the Law.

I wonder how you would feel if your company owed Mastercard or Visa 10000 dollars, and they came out here to ripoff report and posted on a NATIONAL web site that you were a deadbeat, and refused to pay your bills.

You have slandered them by calling them Con Artists.  GOOD LUCK. WILSON BOSIACK AND GREG BOSIACK if you read this post, I would contact an attorney, you might come out of this having this Company owing you money.
