Laura owes her previous assistant, me and my cousin a months wages.

She refuses to pay. She lies and says the checks in the mail. Wages are currently a month late for one of us. And more than 10 days for others.  She owed me on the 10th after contract termination and acts like I am an idiot for stating she owes me my pay with in 24 hours.  "We pay our terminated inspectors on a different schedule."  Yeah the schedule set by the mouse in her pocket and the little green men in her head. 

I can't really even begin to get into how Laura is a piece of work.  She pays only for private contractors because she is attempting to skirt paying taxes.  She expects 24 hour turn around on jobs with out rush pay and then refuses to let you not take a job.  The forefront of being a "private contractor". 

It's really about time that she gets her due.  Don't do work Laura she's a snake in the grass with no respect for anyone but herself. 

One thing that got me to the point of no return was the orders coming in from Spectrum had initial order dates such as 5/22/13. Dispatched Date 5/18/13 Due 5/19/13.  This is a clear computer malfucntion. Did she even admit this and ask nicely to try and get the work done.  No she just gets irate that you dare to confront the issue, or just failed entirely to actually look at the issue, which was sent via screenshot as she was not even competent to go online and check the orders in our que properly. 

Also, the photo upload process was so archaic. One week we had to have timestamps accroding to Spectrum.  Who uses time stamps?  They embed in the file data. Hello not rocket science.  We change over to EZI uploads, well the system refuses time stamps for this reason and that reason and you can't take pictures at 7 am. I try to address this issue with her one day.... she has no idea why I have time stamps on. WHAT?  Tells me to email support, I am on the road, I've already spent way to much time on this lousy 4$ order.  This issue repeats over and over.  The final straw was she actually had the adaucity to tell me she would charge me 50$ for sending the support email for me.  Why she had her email linked to online support to get these notices that she didn't want to fix I don't know, I don't understand..... Nothing so annoying as endloops of idiocracy.

The all caps and super sized font emails are so repugant. 

Comeuppance is due this woman.
