I also worked the Equinox event back on March 27th. I have not been paid for that event or 4 others I worked after that. I have been requesting my check since the end of May. Since then I have not had a response, nor been called to work. They owe close to $500 for the events I have worked.
Two others I know took 3-4 months for their check to come. Communication is the key! If there is a problem with the company you should speak to your workers rather than ignoring calls and emails. There was no accounting error on this ONE event. It is a continuing error.
Hopefull this will "jar a response" as the other said before I contact a lawyer. I work full-time and attend school full-time. My time spent working on the side could have been used at a company that pays their workers! I am just trying to put myself through college with as little loans as possible.
