Laurie Nguyen is a stay at home Mom with 4 sons. She is active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and says in her profile that she is greatful for the strength it gives her. It brings her peace. She has a picture of Jesus Christ in her profile and a description saying "The Center of my Life".

Laurie has left negative feedback on many customers that question there purchases. She does not answer emails or phone calls when customers are trying there best to work with her.

Here are some customer feedbacks:
Pkg. didn't arrive.
Tried to contact you by email and telephone with no reply..you are not honest.
You could have responded to my email.
You blame P.O.
Many buyers have complaints.
3 1/2 weeks is more than patient.
I had to go to dispute to get refund.
Called and emailed-Never responded to.
I paid immediately why was the shipping label prepared 9 days later?.

I appreciate refund, but still took a month to get any replies from her, thats the neutral.
Seller shipped item ONLY after a paypal claim was filed.
Seller never shipped items, or responded to buyer emails.
Paid immediately,no replys to emails/phone, but left negative feedback after I filed a complaint.
Answer your emails and mail the product, ths would satisfy all your customers.

Customers of lsn, just be aware that even with priority mail you can wait 30 days.
I paid immediately.She never sent me item. I left her neutral, she left me negative. Evil!
Here are some lsn feedback:
Priority mail was available on your invoice, nothing would have pleased this customer.
Customer selected cheapest, slowest shipping, then left neutral complaining slow ship.
Priority mail was available on invoice. If 1st class never took more than 8 days,USPS would allow insurance claims after.
In the handling time description First Class Mail (the cheapest)
is 2 to 11 business days. Priority Mail is 2-5 business days.
I have used first class mail with all my purhcases on ebay and purchases I have ordered from California, and my packages have NEVER taken the amount of days that Laurel takes with her shipping. She hires someone to ship all her packages in her description, I would suggest that she hire additional help, her feedback warrants the need for additional employees to get the items won on ebay to the customers in a true First Class Mail time of 2 to 11 business days. The delivery confirmation numbers rarely update until day of delivery and this can be as many as 12 business days after shipping if questionable.

I realize she has positive feedback also, but I know how I paid by paypal immediately after the auction ended and it took 30 days to get my item. I left her email to which she did not respond and when I left a neutral she responded with a negative.

She will say that complaint had no bearing on feedback, that the customer left feedback before complaint is resolved, but she did not respond to email. She has left negatives with many customers that questions product delivery,etc.

She has customers that both buyer and seller mutually agreed to withdraw feedback for this item. This has happened several times.

Ebay recommends that you use a fast, safe payment such as paypal if you want to receive the item quickly and to complete your payment to the seller as as soon as possible. I did use paypal immediately and this seller left a negative in the feedback, just as she has left a negative in other customer feedbacks for no reason. She retaliates with negatives, but will not respond to emails and phone calls as she should. The feedback speaks for iself if you go and look at.
