I ordered a $700 ring for my wife as a Christmas gift. Right after they took my credit card payment I received an email thanking me for my order, I was also informed they had to make this ring and they would try to have it finished before Christmas. It never came. I was never informed it wouldn't make it for the holiday either. A week or so passes still no product and no word on its status. I call the customer service number multiple times at various times of day and get no answer. The voice mail is always full and you cannot leave a message. I emailed multiple times and don't receive a response until I threatened legal action. I am then sent an unsized ring that is nowhere near the ring size I specified. I go through the same process of contacting this fraudulent company and again have to threaten legal action to get a response.  Finally a return label is sent so I can return the ring and I am told they would turn this around in a day or so. Over a week passes with no status updates and no ring. Again I have to call and email numerous times and finally threaten legal action again. Finally I get a response and I tell them I do not want their product any longer and I would like my money back. I am sent another return label which I tracked. They received the product a week ago and they have not responded or refunded my money. This company is a complete scam.
