LAV2 / Commercialleads.net has my money but provides no product or service South Jacksonville Beach Florida

The first thing that comes to my mind when Michael Edwards name comes up is SNAKE.

From my research LAV2 or commercialleads.net corporate address,
3948 3rd Street South Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 is a UPS store in a mall. I believe this is a one man business, if there is anyone else who works for this supposed corporation, I have not been able to contact them. After complaining about the lack of leads and the poor quality of leads provided, some were two months old according to the people I contacted, he closed my account and will not refund. He owes me 86 of the 87 leads offered. Michael Edwards is arrogant, and definitely not trustworthy, I believe he is a thief and has no morals as to taking your money and offering no REAL product. I have complained to the better business bureau and the Florida AG and plan on filing a complaint with the small claims court. I personally don't know how he stays in business, apparently he's ripped off a lot of other people. I wish I saw this report before I invested with this fraudulant company and hope Michael Edwards gets put out of business, never to return. I plan to report this company and Michael Edwards to many other online complaint platforms.
