LaViano Jewelers Jeff LaViano sold used watches as new Englewood, New Jersey

To whom it may concern,

LaViano Jewelers, established in 1945, has been a Patek Philippe dealer for over 30 years. Certainly, we have not achieved that level of success and maintained that special relationship as an authorized Patek agent by being precipitous to the claim being made.  All watches that we sell as new are just that – new. More often than not, new Patek Philippe watches are still sealed in the Patek Philippe shipping box when we present them to a customer, and never in our 70 plus years of being in business , three generations later, was a watch ever represented to be new when it was used. This report is 100% false, written purely to libel and defame our reputation.  

I am not sure who wrote this report, but we have our suspicions based upon wild allegations and agitation cast in our direction by one individual without justification and for reasons unknown.  We do know “sferraro” (alleged to be the writer of the report) have discussed this with him and we know for certain it is not sferraro who penned this false and libelous report.

We truly find it disturbing that Ripoff Report provides a forum to make completely false and libelous statements with absolutely no vetting process whatsoever, no corroboration and even failing to require that the person noted as making the report disclose his or her identity. Rest assured, we will be bringing this matter up with our local Congressman and news networks to expose the dangers of this unjust and damaging forum.  This is not right.
