law office of Marks & Morgan requesting my attorney information for a debt owed to USCA (united stated credit agency brooklyn, new york

I have been receiving calls from 646.766.8598.  I am currenly on the phone with them for the past 40 minutes and have talked to three different people.  They are stating that I should have received emails (only) from United States Credit Agency.  I owe $5484.87.  They can not tell me who the original lender is, that USCA has over 78 different institutions that loan money.  Then they proceed to tell give me an address that I have not lived at in over 10 years and that the funds were sent to a Bank that I have not used in over 15-20 years.  At that point I started to become suspicious.  I spoke with Mark, then and Susan Green, then atty Michael Lee Young.  They all stated that they could not give me specific informtion regarding the case.  I was provided a case number of AT588147 -14P.  Now I have been talking with Lead Atty Steven Knox and he says that I owe $1491.  In order to clear the arbitration on the case I would need to come up with at least $250.00.  The whole time that I have been on the phone I have received calls from the following numbers 646.766.8598, 646.418.7003, 646.568,9100.  Atty Steven Know gave me a direct number of 646.202.9428 and gave an 30 minutes to make calls to see if I could come up with the $250.00 or he would have to send the case forward.
