I was referred to the Law Offices of Alex Berin for a workers compensation claim. This Law office basically sat on their thumbs and waited for the insurance company to dictate what, in their eyes, was fair compensation. After being off work for over 9 months my bills have stacked up and the insurance company offered a weekly payment plan that would expire after a certain amount of weeks for a permanent injury that will last a lifetime. This law firm didn't keep me informed whatsoever! I had to call and get updates and several times not getting through to attorney.
