Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
The title explains it all. They used unethical ways to obtain private personal information to then solicit for clients. Then get around the law by stating is not a solicitation when they do the definition of soliciting. Same as walking into a bank and stating "I'm not a theif, but give me all the money in your drawer", then getting off legally due to the fact "he said he is not a robber so there for he was not". What a country, you can steal someones identity, get a JD and say that you did not and you are good to go!

In response, to this anonymous post which is defamatory and libelous, the Law Firm has filed a Civil Action in the Superior Court of Buncombe County, North Carolina in which the firm is seeking inter alia compensatory damages, punitive damages, injunctive relief and attorneys' fees against the author of this defamatory and libelous publication. See Case Number 12 CV 04196.
In the pending case, the Court has issued a Temporary Restraining Order declaring the statements made by the poster to be unlawful. Please allow this to serve as Notice that there is a hearing scheduled on October 15, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 710 for the entry of a preliminary injunction.
