Company slow to respond to complaint!

Web site is not accurate with discription of stainless gazing balls!

They have a seam , that is glaringly apparent, but seam not in description of item!

On a 16 inch ball, the seam around the circumference is ANNOYING!

Called about complaint on date of delivery and for a week and a half after the first call, before I received an email for return!



In an earlier email, I was told..."I would like to note, that all stainless gaizing balls have a seam, as that is how they are constructed".

However, it's not info they have on their site, but the woman I spoke with assumed I should know in her question to me....."how else would they be constructed!!!!

BIG MISTAKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never, ever, .....make an assumption like that with a customer!

Essentially, your placing blame with your customer for their lack of knowledge, when it's the sellers responsibility to make sure the customer understands and, IS FULLY INFORMED about the product, they're willing to give YOU their $$$$$$$ for !!!!

These items are made in China and for me at least, their QC is not up to my standards, but they told me they've sold thousands and """I""" was the first to return one !!!



I wanted to get a smooth, not crackle, 12" glass globe as a replacement, but again, thier website shows a 12" smooth globe on one page but upon further inquiry, they inform me they only have 10" globes that are smooth!



On top of this, it cost me shipping both ways and a $20 restocking fee!

$40 and I got NO SATISFACTION!



It was obvious from a phone call with them, hearing a crying baby in the background, this is a home based biz and having to wait a week and a half to talk with a "so called" manager, these people are not professional and detailed enough to handle complaints!



If you do business with them, ask MANY question and have them explain EVERYTHING about the product!

That may be difficult as they say they carry  15,000 items, so their knowlege will be relegated to what the manufacturer gives them as a description of the product....in other words...they have very little first hand knowledge of most of the products they carry!



Stay away!

Look, these people are not professional PERIOD!!!!

They obviously monitor this site for negative reviews, hence their quick response to my negative review!!!

Makes you wonder why they monitor these sites!

Maybe lots of negative reviews they have to respond to!



I tried to return this item, but the address they sent via email was a PO box AND ups DOES NOT DELIVER TO A  P.O. BOX!

I called and asked for a return address and was put on HOLD!

PUT ON HOLD???!!!

For a return address????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you freaking kidding me!

After 2 minutes on hold, the brain dead individual told me he couldn't give me an address!

He told me he'd have to speak with a MANAGER in order to give me a return address!!!

WTF??!!!

They are actually making it VERY HARD to return this faulty item!

I decided to return it via USPS, as they will deliver to a P O box!

I've challenged their return practices as well as the original purchase on my CC!

They are the absolute worst when it comes to returning product you're not satisfied with!!!!!

For your own piece of mind, stay away from these idiots!

We are sorry this gentleman is not happy with his gazing ball.  We do sell thousands of stainless gazing balls which are made by the best manufacturer on the market.  They are high quality and are used in many homes and large businesses for display purposes and large scale installation. 

We have attempted on many occasions to assist this customer with a return of the gazing ball however he will not cooperate with the return process as he simply needs to send a reply email stating he wishes to return the ball.  We were emailed the return policy the day he called for return.  He then changed his mind and wanted to exchange and now he is saying he wants to return again.  Each time we have attempted to accommodate his wishes.

Our available stock is reflected in our on line catalog and he is welcome to choose from that catalog if he wishes to exchange the ball.

We are a respected corporation that has been in business for over 11 years.  We are very knowledgeable about the products we sell and only offer products from the best manufacturers in the country.  We also only deal with manufacturers who are American companies.   We operate in a pet friendly and child friendly environment to assist our employees in this difficult economy.

We would be happy to assist this gentleman in return of the gazing ball if he wishes to return it he may reply to the return email letting us know if he wishes to exchange or return the ball and we will set up a return or exchange.  We can't do anything to resolve his issue if he does not return the email stating what he wishes to do in regards to the ball.
