I rented a property from this company for over a year. I took great care of the building, and always paid rent on time. The guy from Protech agrees that I deserve my deposit back, but seems incapable of writing  the check and putting it in the mailbox.

Due to the complaint with the BBB, as well as other consumer review processes (after a month of getting the runaround) the company has claimed they are now refusing to return the deposit. They have become increasingly threatening including verbal harassment and unfounded threats of legal action against their former tenant.

This is simply an incompetent group of people who should not be trusted with even the most basic business.
