I paid lazy days timeshare vacations $199.00 to sell my timeshare.It had a 100%money back guarantee if not sold in 12months.My 12months were almost up so i called scott and told him and asked what i should do and when should i do it, he said send back the agreement with my request for a refund and they would send it out to me,   same address but different suite #(200), it has been 5 months and i still haven't received any money.

at one point he said i would have to get it installment payments, i agreed as he said he was having a hard time as he owed alot of people money as the economy was so bad, I keep calling almost every week to see where my money is, he told me he was starting up something new where he would take timeshares back for people wanted to know if i was interested can't remember how much it cost me on top of the 199  but i told him no way,does he think we are that stupid to keep giving him money!!!!!
