It is so obvious to me that 'onlybygraceandfavor' is an alias for Abel Mesa himself, or perhaps a surrogate close to him with only slightly better English. But most almost certainly the man himself.

I have seen his posts - many posts - appearing in various forums on this subject all across the web. He is continually posting these same types of remarks - in both style and substance. He often adopts different virtual identities within the same forum, but it is completely obvious to me it is the same individual.

Invariably his posts are superficially pious, and claim to be 'loving' and helpful. They make frequent reference to scripture. Alternatively this man calls himself a "pastor" and a "prophet" and gives himself many other honorary titles. But in truth these posts are self-aggrandizing and manipulative, abusive and contemptuous of his critics. OnlyByGrace stridently defends his enterprise and his ego. He vilifies and yes, even - damns! - anyone who produces any of the copious evidence against him and his questionable enterprise

He makes frequent appeals to the basest emotions - fear and greed - and makes not-so-veiled threats ranging from "you'll be sorry when you find out you've missed this great opportunity" all the way to "you are possessed by Satan and you are damned."

He claims divine guidance and infallibility, yet his posts are invariably internally inconsistent. Many, many of the claims made within them - including those that are verifiable and easily fact-checked - are either grossly distorted and one-sided, or demonstrably false. Whether he is talking about events, business plans, infrastructure, finances, human resources, technologies, or anything else it seems, there is something way, way off in his posts.

Way off - in fact they betray, in my best opinion, a profound psychopathology.

I am beginning to understand now that this whole LPC debacle is not so much a huge fraud cunningly designed by a brilliant criminal mind, but the delusional machinations of a severely twisted one. I detect multiple psychopathologies in this individual's writings and in his actions in the world. He should be pitied and treated with compassion by us, and by the mental health community. The fact is that he is doing a great deal of damage throughout the country now to such a vulnerable community with his manic grandiose schemes so demonstrably detached from reality, and by his methods of cult indoctrination, manipulation, and intimidation. Some who have witnessed his effects on their loved ones call it "brainwashing" - and in fact the victims will need to be deprogrammed and/or supported by the rest of us when they eventually realize the utter financial and moral bankruptcy of "The Promise."

Some say that no damage is being done because "not much money is changing hands" - yet - even taking into account the funds collected at the Aug 15th gala against which you no doubt incurred considerable expenses.

But this is not true. I have seen the psychological damage first hand and the destroyed relationships and loss of personal credibility and the financial hardship caused by those who are possessed by the LPC demon and have given up their day jobs to work full time without apparent compensation for their self-proclaimed Prophet and Guru.

Time after time Mr. Mesa has proven he cannot deliver on his promises, and that his promises are, in fact, merely lies. When one investigates any aspect of his enterprise - literally any - whether it is the launch dates that never launch across several states, or the delivery of goods and services, or his special relationship with cell phone manufacturers. (I've corresponded personally with Nokia Corporation and they deny any knowledge of LPC, any bulk sales or partnership. Furthermore Nokia N95's, Palm Trios and Blackberry's are GSM Network devices and cannot be converted to direct satellite reception with or without the special LPC logo promised and God's intervention. 4G technology - or "G4" as LPC's literature repeatedly misstates is not built into any of these handsets which he alleges to have already purchased and warehoused pending distribution. 4G is a theoretical future technology whose engineering standard has not even been set, and may, by God's grace, start rolling out at best in 2013.)

There are gross irregularities with all of LPC's unprofessionally-drafted legal documents, incoherent and broken web sites, alleged Credit Union, treatment of associate's personal data, human resources management and training, or lack thereof. It's as though NOT having any relevant formal education, business or management credentials, or technical expertise in cellular communications, IS the very qualification LPC is seeking in its employees - or should I say associate club members? Everything is not right about this. Nothing is as promised - which is just SO ironic! - La Promesa!

Within the span of just a few days he tells us through his various aliases that the LPC network has grown to 200,000 people. Oh, now it's 300,000. Today he says "400,000+." Soon he will have the entire U.S. population captured and start working on China.

Mr. Mesa and his inner circle are either scammers engaged in an interstate organized criminal conspiracy, or megalomaniacal, pathological liars. I vote for the second, mostly because that is my intuition that Mr. Mesa is mentally disturbed and also because I am an optimist and hope his soul will in the end be saved because he is innocent by reason of insanity. And his actions are more understandable and forgivable in that light. And there's less for the IRS, the many federal and state regulatory authorities who have yet to become involved apparently, and the courts to go after.

To Mr. Mesa: God Bless you sir. May you finally see the light and know the truth, and may the truth set you free.

I know you will say I am not the voice of compassion and reason, but that I am the voice of Satan and should not apply for a job with LPC and need to read scripture to be saved, or much worse. I understand your modus operandus. I will endure all that in the name of (hopefully) enlightened public service.

Please seek professional help before much more damage is done. I am sure you would be horrified if you only knew the extent of it, because I have faith somehow that your motives underlying your actions are good, and Christian, and you find yourself now in a position of great anxiety, despair and defensiveness born of the cognitive dissonance you are experiencing - it is just too painful to face the fact that your LPC empire is built on a foundation of self delusion, manipulation, greed (a sin), deceit (another) - sitting atop the shifting Floridian sands. Your lovely imagined sandcastle is positioned much too close to the ocean of truth and the light of true virtue.

Too many times we see people getting upset or ripped off from poor info they found some where because of people being upset for what ever reasons.

We all need to make our on choices and own up to what we represent. I feel LPC is an excellent company, if they turn out to be a scam that shuts its door in a week so be it life happens and it is going to keep happening.

Business close down and open up everyday, when citibank let thousands of employees go in a single day that did not make them a scam, but people lost their jobs many are still out of work to this day my husband being one of them. I am not sure what kind of company this is but why not give it a shot. There is no money down and from District Managers up, there are salaried employees. That does not sound like an MLN. I have nothing to loose. If the plan and the phone does what it says it is going to do then I will make money. (notice I did not claim that I will make millions.) If not all I would of lost is my time. (LOL) That's debateable since I can make $10-25 /hr doing something else. I did not give my ss#, my drivers licence # or any other private information that could be used in identity theft, that is already available out there. I dont know how you can scam someone if they did not take any money from me. If anyone feels that they have been "scamed" why not report it to the FBI immediately. It's simple.

It's a unique in recruiting by getting people you know to come on board that you would like to work with. It all depends on performance in the end. Just like any corporation. Most corperations have a pyramid where the board of directors with the CEO, CFO and the COO at the top. Below you have region Managers (Europe, North America, The Caribbean, Central and South America, Asia, Asia pacific, Middle East, Africa etc.) Below that you have for ex. in the USA - Western, Cental and Eastern. Below that you have District managers then Division managers, then managers, then supervisors. (Get the picture so far.)

Its a GREAT plan. I admit that information could be better, but that has probably to do with confidentiality agreements with the people at the top. There might have been investors that dropped out as well as new investors signing on. If we knew who the investors are (ex. Donald Trump or say a Bill Gates), millions would have put in their screening application already. Nobody would know the commitmentlevel of the applicants because they would only have faith in the people mentioned before. The companies philosophy is based on FAITH, VISION and RELENTLESS EFFORT. Who knows where this can take those who filed out the screening application. I would think that the people who "signed on" would be proven people of faith and vision and hard workers.

I found out that the company will be launching August 15th 2008. The deadline to sign up is August 5th 2008. (Today) The auditing will bein from August 6th 2008. They have to make sure that the people who filled out the screening application are real people. They will confirm by calling the references. Then when this is completed they will begin training on the service offered and product knowledge. I see also on the website that they asked for resumes But not mandatory and the screening application asked if you are a college grad or high school grad. They also asked what your job title is and how long at that job. Who knows how they will utilize this info in the structure of the company. It looks like they need about 7000 people. (From Senior executives down to sales representatives) people might be reassigned based on their skills and experience (Who Knows) As one of the companies slogan is "Changing the way the World does business"

I would rather be a seller than a buyer when this comes out. Like the lotto you cant win unless you put in a dollar and in this case your screening application.

There are no guarantees in life. This is just a way to Augment your income, especially in an economy like this.


The Gala event is in Miami, Florida at 8 pm. Registration from 6:30 to I think 8 PM The venue can seat 1,800 people. ($100) You get the dinner and aphone at the event. (Formal Attire) The phone according to the website www.LPCGlobal.net is the Nokia N95, Palm Treo or the Blackberry.
I had called the venue and they confirmed that the place was booked by LPC Global but not all the rooms, which can be joined, were not taken as yet.

If this was a scam why not change the name totally. La Promessa Corp. - (LPC Glogal)
