LD MOving & Storage Ben Driver Neely Customer Service and even the owenr damaged items caused great fear and stole items Californe Nationwide

My husband and I hired Budget Van Lines to move us from MO to Florida.  Budget Van Lines subcontracted LD Moving to do the move.  Firstly, they were one day later than promised. No biggie.  Secondly, the mover broke two glass shelves in the curio cabinet which was the first thing they packed. No biggie.  Thirdly, after delivery   I noticed that my Kentucky rocking chair was not in the box he told me in was in I called Donald at Budget.  A while later Donald advised me that the driver has  found the chair and was going to Fed X it to me and that the delivery would be in 10 days. 

Ben, driver of LD called me to tell me the same.  Twelve days later I called Ben for the tracking number and he admittted to me that he lied.   He then advised me that another driver in CA had stolen it and this driver was dangerous and that I should not call Budget nor his boss for my own safetly, I, of course, called Budget to advise Donald at Budget to advise him of the terrible ordeal and of my fear.  This case is on going and I am mad as hell.  I have many missing items that meant so very much to me as they are part of my family hsitory.  I would not allow them to take my garbage out to the curb.  Any advise from Ripoff?
