We moved here from another city, and we had multiple problems with our brand-new RV during the move. We were told by the RV manufacturer to take it to their dealer, Leach Camper Sales in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Leach Camper sales treated us like dirt.
We had to wait 6 months to get an appointment from them to work on our new RV. They told us we weren't a regular customer, so we had to wait 6 months to get our RV worked on under the warranty. The work Leach accomplished under the warranty was shoddy and substandard.
Also, we got the RV back filthy dirty, because they parked it in the middle of a mudhole. Leach is the only dealer for our RV in a 3 state area. Warning... Do NOT do business of any kind with unprofessional and unethical Leach Camper Sales in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
