Leaders Merchant Credit Card Company Ripoff company, California

I was scammed with their advertising of 0.49%-0.99%, which I never saw, thank god I changed their contract to one year not three years, I spent hours on the phone with these people, I finally went with someone else (costco) with six months remaining on the contract, I called them to cancel, they advised me it is better to keep the contract since there are 6 months remains, so it is cheaper to have minimum charge of $25 instead of the $250.00 cancellation fee.

Then, the charges started, they have something called dormant fee which I assume because I am not charging on the machine (which we own) they charged this fee in addition to the minimum fee of the 25.00, my question is why would you have a dormant fee if you also have a minimum charge of $25.00 Then, they claimed that my Tax ID number doesn't match what the IRS have, so they charged additional fees for that, I called them and I even sent them my taxes when I opened my account, but they were still charging.

This company should not be in business, they promised low rates that you will never see because they rip you off with the qualified and non qualified and international charges. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM.

I sent them my cancellation notice and I can't wait to get rid of them, our average monthly credit card processing is $2500/month their fees exceeded $200/month that is almost 10 percent and we own the machine.

We are doing the same thing with (((competitor's nmae redacted))) and we pay less than $70.00/month.

 sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
