       We sent letter head cancellation of our account #x4419 as


                    requested by marvin.davis.@ipaymentinc.net


          from 11/11/2009 to4/12/2010  emails & Faxes plus phone calls


                we received promises but no responses.


We ended  his riping our checking acct. with minopr charges


                        by cancelling our checking account .


                            Now we should be Cancelled.
