Leading Edge Chirporactor Maine, owned by Clint Steele and Tina Howe, refused to pay for a custom website after it was fully completed and they approved it.

I was ripped off by Leading Edge Chiropractor Main, and Clint Steele and Tina Howe of 20 Mechanic Street, Gorham, Maine, and 12 Revere Street, Portland, Main, after 5 months of web design work.

I helped Tina Howe and Clint Steele with every aspect of their as Leading Edge Chiropractor Maine website, as they are incapable of understanding anything remotely complicated.

Many days I would get up to 6 emails from Tina Howe inquiring about topics so simple a 9 year old would have known.

Other days the blustering Clint Steele would send a waste of time email inquiring about some irrelevant subject.

When I first began working on the Leading Edge Chiropractor Main website, Clint Steele and Tina Howe were trying to get out of an arrangement they had with another web designer.

Not knowing at the time that ripping off web designers is something they apparently routinely do – I helped them.

This required a great deal of time that I did not attempt to charge Leading Edge Chiropractor Main for this time.

This part of the project with Clint Steele and Tina Howe went on for weeks. I even spoke with their previous developer.

When the Leading Edge Chiropractor Main website was finally ready to design, I completed the work in a matter of days.

Tina Howe complimented me on the work, and agreed to pay the balance (see screen shot).

When I did not receive payment, I contact Clint Steele, who gave me some excuse, and just refused to pay.

I have copies of the site, and an email from Tina Howe saying I was to be paid. They flat out ripped me off.
