I bought 2-3 leads from them previously, the leads did not meet our qualifications so we stopped using them. The sales person (Jason) called me back last week wanting my business. I told him about the last experience and what minimum qualifications we would require for our leads, we had two different phone conversations about our requirements. He stated the program was different and he could meet our minimum qualifications
We require a minimum of one year in business and $10,000 a month in credit card processing.
Jason stated he couldn't filter for leads at $10,000 but he could filter the leads on $20,000- $50,000+ a month in credit card processing. That is even better for me so I asked how many leads could I get per day,he stated one to two maybe. I then said lets get started.
I started getting leads Friday Dec, 17th, I immediately called them to tell them the leads were not qualified, I called and left two messages and sent one email. I also stated we needed to talk first thing Monday morning. He didn't call me Monday morningso I called him. We had a discussion about the quality, he said he didn't say $20-$50k in processing but he could filter the size of loan request, which means nothing to me. I said the leads aren't what you and I discussed, please refund my money a total of $150.00. He didn't seem to want too refund me, to put it mildly, Jason finallysaid he would and abruptly hung up the phone. I immediately called back to talk with his manager, the operator sent me to Arial's voicemail. I then left a detailedmessage describing the enire situation and asked her to call me ASAP. No call was returned.
It is now Wednesday the 22nd, I emailed Jason stating I haven't received a refund. He responded with; The leads were good. We went back and forth again via email. I got tired of it and called for Arial, gother voicemail. I then called several times until I got Arial on the phone. I was trying to explain the situation, she kept interrupting and said she wanted to talk with Jason. I said Jason has already talked with you, I left a detailed message for youMonday on your voicemail what's left to talk about; let's get Jason on a conference call. She said she wanted, to talk with Jason again, i said why, she then hung up the phone.
After she hung up on me, I sent Jason another email stating I would file a complaint. There has been no response since the phone conversation with Arial.
