Lean Life PM Fraudulent charges, deceitful website Ripoff Draper Utah

LeanlifePM.com offers a free trial membership all you pay is $6.95 for shipping. After reading the website I decided to order this free trial. 13 days later there are charges to my account in the amount of $99.90 for auto-ship of further merchandise which I was never told about nor did I authorize. I immediately contacted them by e-mail.

After receiving an auto-reply in which I was directed to a portion of their website I had never seen in which it said the order had to be canceled within 14 days of the trial being ordered. Lucky me right it had only been 13 days so I sented the cancelation e-mail and followed the cancellation proceedures.

I followed up this e-mail with a phone call on day 14 at which time I was told the order had been sent and my account would be charged. I will have to return the product and wait for a refund minus the shipping charges.

This is unacceptable not only did I not authorize these charges but I followed their proceedures after finding them out, only to be violated anyway.
