Leanspa LLC total scam;ordering,cancel,service,payments,refunds-all a scam, Internet

Ordered product on trial. Product came with not enough time to try. Cancelled order. Product continued to come.  Sent back.  Charges continued to be taken from my account. 

After months, cancellation acknowledged by company via email and refund promised.  When refund did not come, called company numerous times (5).  First, you are on hold for 30-60 minutes.  Second, they only say "refund is being processed".  It is now 1 week beyond the promised date.

Called today, 6-17-11, and Nicole could not give me someone higher up.  "She is on vacation" "she is not available" "refund department cannot be reached".  Huge deadend and scam.
