Leanspa ripped off orange, Connecticut

I tried the special where you just paid 1.95 for shipping, then you could cancel if not satisfied. I tried several times to call company and cancel the order because i was not satisfied. I even sent numerous emails. The company kept sending me the product, I returned the product and sent several more emails. I finally got a hold of a live person, who was rude and very unhelpful. I was told I would not be getting a refund because I didnt have return auth # on package. I was not allowed to talk to a supervisor and was treated nasty. I once again cancelled my order. A week later i received several more shipments. I had cancelled this and told them I did not want the product stop sending them. I got an authorization number and returned all product, but never received refund . When I finally got a hold of company they said you only have 30 days to return. I asked to speak to supervisor yet again and was told I couldnt I had to send email. I have sent several emails to no avail. I have been scammed for a thousand dollars. I dont know what to do I do not have any product and my money has been taken.
