LEANSPA Ripped Me Off Orange, Connecticut

I ordered Leanspa weight loss pills on 3/30/11.

After I had ordered the pills, I came across stories of how people were ripped off by this company.
Once I found out, I checked my credit card account (actually by bank card).  I was charged twice for $79.99, on April 12, 2011, before I even received the product. Once I received the product, I immediately requested an RMA to send it back to them. I received an email with an RMA a few days later. I immediately shipped the items back and included, as instructed, the RMA on the inside and outside of the box. And I have been waiting for my refund ever since.

I sent two more emails and never heard back.
I called them today (8/1/11) and actually spoke to a person. She tells me that they did not receive the product until 5/25. Therefore, it was more than 30 days after I was billed for the product.
Where I messed up was I did not request a signature of guaranteed delivery.
So, guess what, I'm screwed. No refund..

Anyone have any success?
