This fraudulent company immediately responded to my emails when they were trying to sell their product or service but once they received my payment, they never provided the service they promised.  I never heard from anyone again, like everyone just disappeared.  I discovered their advertised 24 hour support is not even true.  When I tried to request service from their online chat (when available),  by letting them know it's been one month since they confirmed receipt of my full payment of 199.00 US dollars, the agent would always drop out and suddenly end the chat session.  I figured their online chat is there mostly to lure people into buying into their fraudulent business.  Again, once they receive payment, everyone disappears!  I have requested a full refund since they never delivered the product/service that they sell.   I am not getting any reply to my emails.  Their website says they guarantee full refund of payment if a customer is unhappy with their product/service within sixty days.  Well, I lost 199 dollars because they never provided any service.  Do not send money to these people.  They are a fraud!
