Lease Finance Group LLC The third party that lease LFG"s credit card machines deceived us. We thought there was no contract. We were told "the non Cancellable lease" was needed signed so LFG could deduct the credit card processing fees. We were told to disregard the "Non Cancellable Lease" up above when we asked about it. Lied to all the way and it's not right!! cave city Arkansas

Lease Finance Group located at  East Wacker Place Suite 510 in Chicago, il sends out a third party to sell their credit card processing machines.  The sales rep. told us that is was a great deal and told us why we needed the credit card machine.  My husband and I told him we would think about it. We specifically told him we did not want to get into any contracts.  He reassured us several times that we could cancel at any time.  We considered getting the machine and finally came to the conclusion that we would go with Lease Finance group. He told us that he would get the machine mailed out and he left the place of our business.

The next day he called and said we needed to sign a piece of paper stating that we give LFG permission to deduct credit card processing fees each month out of our bank account.  On that piece of paper he faxed, had a place for our address, phone number, routing number, bank account number, and a place to sign.  When I received it, it had written at the very top, "Non Cancellable Lease."  I called him and told him that I couldn't sign the paper.  He then told me that the "Non cancellable lease"  at the top was nothing and promised me that it was not a contract and that the only reason I needed to sign it was for bank account purposes.(Taking out the credit card processing fees) So I signed it, trusting that the gentleman was telling me the truth.

I have called Lease Finance Group, and they tell me that they had no clue the third party selling their equipment was and is lieing to the customers.  I then asked him if he was aware of the alert that the BBB has out for them. The alert is to warn people about the bad business they are doing.  They have an F with the BBB.  Lease Finance Group feels no responsibilty for the third party that is selling their equipment. I simply ask how is that?  They are allowing them to represent the company.  If it was my company, I would do eveything I could to make it right with the customer that was decieved by the third party I hired to lease my product.  Wouldnt you?  This isn't right and I stand against Lease Finance Group and refuse to pay them anything.
