Lease Finance Group altered my lease of credit card processor and pin pad from 18 months to 48 months. At 85$ a month for equipment that I have since purchased from another company for 300$ I refused anymore paymentsafter the 18 months so they are taking me to civil court in NYC. I am countersueing them for harassement as they bombarded my workplace with calls placed 15 minutes apart from 10am to 5pm Monday thru Friday for 6 months and then they followed suit calling my house using the same pattern for another 6 months.

I was served with the civil court papers last week and I will be filing my answer with the court within 20 days.
Hopefully the arbitrator or however they resolve these issues in civil court will see the frustration I have endured but I refuse to be bullied.
