Two and a half years ago I purchased a bar. I had no experience with owning and running a business. I have paid dearly for that. I signed a unreadable contract for two years to pay for a credit card machine for a sum of $140.62 a month. Which I found out later was an outrageous amount.

The machine was never set up, and was unusable, so I contacted another company. They brought me another machine and like an idiot I signed another contract. I boxed up the first machine and sent it back. They swear they never received the machine and I was under contract anyway, so for two years I paid the the $140.62.

At the end of the contract I e-mailed them and told them that contractually I was finished with them. They ignored the correspondence and continued to debit my account. I closed my checking account to further any more debits from them. Now they are calling me and sending me correspondence wanting my new account number. I've learned a lot since then. These people need to be run out of business. If I ran my business like this I wouldn't have any customers. But, they just keep finding trusting people, like I once was.
