Lease Finance Group Lease Finance Group - Start taking action !!! Chicago Illinois

I'm another Victim of Lease Finance Group's unethical lease tactics. Everything I've read in these posting is exactly what I'm experiencing. I'm also locked into a four year contract that was not clearly dsclosed when the business relationship started. I see no way out and Legally you'll likely have no recourse.
The first steps of action should be :

1. File a complaint with the:
FTC.gov ( THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT )

Debt collectors can call you and request that you pay the debt. However, they cannot harass you or abuse you. These are the types of things that they should not do:

-Use obscene or profane language.
-Make repeated frequent calls to annoy you.
-Telephone you without identifying themselves.
-Use threats of violence or harm against you.
-Threaten to arrest you if you do not pay the debt.
-Threaten to take action such as lawsuits, garnishments, or taking your -property unless the collector intends to do so and it is legal. (Creditors must usually take you to court and get a court "judgment" against you before they are able to garnish your wages in Missouri.)
-Call your office;
-Call your home before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m.;
-Address you in an abusive manner;
-Call family or friends in an attempt to collect your debt;
-Harass you;
-Make false or misleading statements; or
-Add unauthorized charges.

2. File a Complaint with the:
Illinois attorney General ( Lisa Madigan )

3. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

4. File a complaint with your Local Attorney General's Office.

This Group continuoulsy breaks every law and policy mandated by the Federal trade commission. I find it amazing that our governement has not deal with this Company and held them to the standard set forth.
