Lease Financial Group - Div Of CIT Financial Usa - Us fabricating dishonest liars ripoff CIT Lease & Abanco Credit Chicago Illinois

I Was ripped off, too by Lease Financial Group, Div off Cit. Their rep was coming to my Store every other day wanting me to sign up for credit card processing. That continued for about five to six months. Because I didn't want to do any thing with him or his offer. he would come to me and help me with store some times. After that long period, he wore me down and I accepted the credit card processing for one year. Then he pushing me for equipment ( credit card processing machine), because I had one which could only do Credit cards.

After pronmising and guaranteeing I could ternminate the contract if I didn't like it. I finally, Said i'm going to try it for one month and if don't like it I will cancel it. He said fine. the contract was 69.99/ month for 1 yr. after I filled out the forms, he told he was going to take it chicago to finalize it.

I didn't see for 6-8 wks. But he didn't bring papers with his. he finally brough them in after asking them repeatedly. Then my bank recommend me that I close my Account, which I did. Because they were taking out of account unauthorized fees and monthly charges. Now, I Received letter from them saying, "the lease is uncancellable and lease term is 4 year. I shoked first. but they said it's on the lease that it's 48 months and it's an uncancallible and they can send me lease. they send me Photo copy of it. then I asked if they could send me the origial one but never sent me one. Then I checked the lease and found that They forged 12 to 48 by hand. I called them back told them that they don't have any contract with them and that I know what they did. the sales rep is no where to be seen.

I did some investigation and found his home address on the internet white pages. I aslo called him on his phone and the phone disconnected and out of service after few days. finaly I received a letter from collection agency "Nat'l assoc. of credit mgmgt" and will write dispute letter to them. WE NEED TO STOP LEASE FINANCIAL GROUP. HELP HELP HELP!
