Just what we need. A rip-off of people who feel they have already been ripped off.

I bought this "report" for 50 bucks and it's totally worthless information! All I have to show for buying it is the same monthly patyment I've had PLUS I have 50 FEWER DOLLARS IN MY POCKET NOW!

"Leonard" conveniently doens't respond when you ask for your money back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY, HE IS SHADY AS THEY COME, unless oyu just enjoy giving your money away.

At least with my lease, I actually have some training and a credit card machine to show for my money.

MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL HEARD YOU

AUTHOR: Richard - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, July 23, 2007

The Michigan Attorney General forwarded the complaints and Startup Essential's sales script to the FTC on July 16, 2007. The paragraph of interest reads:

"In light of the apparent national scope of affected complainants, and certain limitations in applicability of the Michigan Consumer Protection Act to commercial transactions (purchases not primarily for persona,, family of household purposes), this information is being provided to the FTC for review and any appropriate action. Because of their involvement in the NorVergence matter, a copy of this letter and enclosures are also being sent to the Attorneys Randall Brook and David Horton, FTC Seattle office."

This is purely informational.
It would be entirely speculative to predict what, if anything, the FTC will do, or when it may review and respond.

Brad (Oliver) is the Vice President of A-1 Leasing, LLC

AUTHOR: Richard - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, June 28, 2007

Brad Oliver is the vice president of A-1 Leasing LLC and his opinions are somewhat colored by his personal interest. He will be given the opportunity to explain his remarks in a deposition which is currently scheduled for July 9th 2007.

His boss, Robert DeVleiger testified that he has no reason to disbelieve the statements made in Startup Essentials' sales pitch where the telephone salesman represents he is a "Senior Business Analyst in the Business Development Division" just after dropping the name of with J P Morgan//Chase Bank, and says "the BANK" "the Company would be investing in a $5,000. Program to jump start your business. After a year, you can apply for up to $125,000 to further expand and grow your business....

Mr. DeVleiger has had access and possession of the sales scripts for several months but won't read them.

Unfortunately, many others have no reason to disbelieve the statements either. They sound like plausible representations. But,ust look at the number of people who complain after believing them.

Did Jeremy Estes use the name Leonard Anderson? yes. So what? He did not claim to be someone else like Paul Newman, or even to be associated with anyone important. He just used a name out of the blue that means no more to a purchaser of his e book than if he used his own name. Many people in the public light use a different name than the one they are born with. It has no bearing on the content of his e book.

Me? I am Jeremy Estes' attorney for a suit in which A-1 Leasing is trying to muzzle him.

What do you REALLY get with LeaseBreaker?

AUTHOR: Leonard - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, June 07, 2007

Hi Jack.

I'll admit I'm a little puzzled. As one of my first customers, it's a sure guarantee that we've helped you get a class action lawsuit filed against the lease company and sales company that you thought had initially scammed you.

Also, as one of my first customers, you should know that Leonard Anderson is in fact a pseudonym, because I tell ALL of my customers.

So, I'm glad you didn't have to dig much ;-)

As far as making x number of dollars working for a company, I believe it's against the law (will check) for someone to divulge that information.

FOR ANYONE WHO FEELS LIKE YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED INTO A LEASE:

There are laws that protect you. You are not alone, and the information to take action is readily available outside of the LeaseBreaker Kit.

In fact, a lot of information for breaking a so-called non-cancellable lease can be found on this website (ripoffreport.com) by reading the posts of people who have done it successfully.

I urge all people who have been scammed into leases that claim to be non-cancelable to take immediate and massive action.

You'll find that you will win in the end as long as you take the appropriate steps. You'll also find that these companies running this kind of scam are very unsophisticated, stupid, and lie like there's no tomorrow.

Of course I'm not naming any names...

Good Luck to all of you, and I hope Jack's (and even my own previous) posts don't deter you from taking action today.

Thank You for your attention.

Trust "Leonard Anderson"?

AUTHOR: Jack - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 05, 2007

I was one of the first customers of Leasebreaker, hoping it wasn't a scam too. I was disappointed. So I started digging...

It took me about three months but I found out that Leonard Anderson is not even a real person. It even says that on the website now at the very bottom.

Turns out "Leonard Anderson" is actually a guy called JEREMEY ESTES, and not only is he trying to rip people off with his so-called leasebreaker, he first made money SELLING PEOPLE INTO THE LEASES TO START WITH!!!

Turns out he worked for Startup Essentials and actually sold over a hundred people into non-cancelable leases. and they paid him over $60,000 in commissions for selling people into the leases.

So go ahead, give "LEONARD" more of your money, see what it gets you.

Jack

Bernie (I have no customer named Bernie)

Get real. You must think you're customers are stupid.

Here's why I say that:

There's not one person who's been scammed into a lease that would say anything REMOTELY similar to...

"At least with my lease, I actually have some training and a credit card machine to show for my money."

So, we all know that you're a lease company. Which one are you?

A-1 Leasing?

Ladco Leasing?

Northern Leasing?

Or... maybe you're one of the scam sales companies... the people that actually commit the crime of wire fraud like:

USA Card Services
Startup Essentials
James One
National Business Advisors
Get Started Media
LandMark Merchants

Which one are you Bernie?

How unethical to flame your competition posing as a customer. No wonder so many people want to sue these companies!

By The Way... Everyone who owns LeaseBreaker knows that Leonard Anderson answers all his emails.

AND THAT'S A FACT.
