I purchased several pieces of furniture from Modernage in Miami, Florida. I was offered a protection plan on the pieces I bought for any cleaning or damage to the products for 5yrs coverage from Leath Furniture LLC. The money was charged to me at the time of purchase. Modernage closed down several months later. I was told by a Modernage representative to fill out and mail a form to Leath Furniture LLC to recoup some of the money on the protection plan. Supposedly, Leath Furniture was to prorate the plan and refund me the difference. I mailed the form on 6/20/07 and haven't recieved any information or money from them yet. I've tried to contact them but the phone # is disconnected. I am very disgusted with the situation and would like to persue something legally against them.
