I ordered a coat as a Christmas present. Payment was via PayPal. I didn't look for a physical address.
A few weeks later a coat arrived from Pakistan.
It was not the coat I ordered. Nothing like it.
What's more, it appeared to be a cheap copy of a different coat that was pictured on the website - shorter length, different lining, etc.
When I reported it (by email - I could never get an answer at the phone listed on the website), I was asked to send the coat back. They first gave me the address of someone at an unrelated company in TX, then gave me the address of Wajid Hassan in Bellevue, WA. He is the person associated with the PayPal account I paid.
I mailed the coat back to Mr. Hassan.
I recieved an email that the coat I ordered would be shipped "today," but it never arrived.
Fortunately, it appears I'll get a refund from PayPal.
The website is very glossy and looks like a large well-organized company, but that apparently is not the case.
