I, like every other business person, wish to be paid for my services.  However, if I do not complete my services or fullfill my obligations, I do not expect to be paid, even if I had partially completed the job.  Yes, I contracted with Mr. Plavsik to build a web site, and yes, he did give me a discounted price for the job which I truly appreciated. However, He did not complete the project and would not follow my requests to complete the more important issues first and in a timely manner.  He wasted so much time and effort on trivial details that would have easily been completed long after the site went live.  He constantly came to me wanting payment on the balance owed, which I happily provided him numerous time.  After becoming disallusioned with the amount of time he was spending on those trival details and refusing to concentrate on my requests for his efforts to be projected towards the more important matters of getting the website completed, I refused to make any more payments.  I told Mr. Plavsik at that time that I would glady pay the balance in full once the project was completed.  He then proceeded to loose his mind and assume that I planned on not paying him any more at all.  He then did everything in his power to destroy my company and my reputation by sabotaging my web site and posting extremely negative reviews all over the internet, doing so by using many different names.  Mr. Plavsik, I am sorry that you were raised to have no scrupples, common decency or sense of responsibility.  I feel very sad for you.  But, I am a proud and honest business person that fulfills my obligations and do everything in my power to provide MORE than what is merely expected.
