I made an error on an order and called within a few hours to correct it. Was told they might not be able to correct it as it was out of their control. I requested a refund when told that and was told it was out of their control yet again. Needless to say, the order was never shipped or refunded. They simply kept my money. I have called numerous times and sent emails. This is definately a company that I am going to report to the Better Business Bureau. If you're looking to buy leather on the internet, buy from a good company like Wilson's Leather as this company frauds people and simply keeps their money.
