My name is Doug Bradshaw, I am co-owner of a commercial collection agency in Dallas, TX. Christal Scott hired my firm to collect on fraudulent claims! She knowing placed accounts with my firm that were already previously settled with the debtors attorney! Her company now is Amazing Web Design Services in Indianapolis, IN. After I found out what she did, my salesman told her that fees were due because in our fee agreement it states and any accounts that are deemed "not owed" for any reason, full commion fee is due for services rendered. She cried like a little baby about it so much that I finally wrote her an email dismissing the invoice and apologizing for whatever bad experience she may have had. She then took that email and demanded that I PAY HER MONEY!!! She said that my company owed her for "wasted time". This is totally rediculous..........but it gets MUCH better.....

Amazing Web Design Service "owner", which is just a simple DBA mind  you, is not attempting to dig up whatever PERSONAL information she can about me and posting it all over the internet!! She has hacked my myspace page and stole pictures of my children and wife, called my office 42 documentable times. All calls in and out of my office are recorded, so all of her crazy, psyco calls and emails are there. Then she started emailing me TO NO END!!! She kept on and kept on all weekend long!! Each time I would respond with even the simplest wording for her simple little mind, I was met with ignorant, childish claims that she had somehow put me on some "cease and desist" and that I was in violation of that. Whatever lady...... Christal Scott is NOT an attorney, but I think imagines herself as one. She then emailed me links to her website that she had posted all this malicious trash on, but when I accessed the link, she accused me of "cyber stalking" her!! This woman is crazy!!

Then, Sunday night, she got my cell phone number by dialing my office number and hitting a bunch of keys, which eventually she got the correct combination of buttons and hit the extention that dials my cell, and flat out commited EXTORTION!! She told me that if I didnt pay her for the claims that she placed, which I would never do, she was going to create a website with slanderous, malicious content that showed my KIDS AND WIFE!! My kids are 10, 5 and 8 months old!!!!!! What a slimy, worthless woman she is!! I really feel sorry for her children growing up with THAT as a mother!

Anyway, she gave me until 4pm today to bank wire the money to her "or else". I have retained an attorney, which costs $$, I have spent half my day documenting and filling out affidavits, searching the internet for her crazy rantings and have even contacted the FBI in both Dallas, TX and Indianapolis, IN. Both offices have assigned an Internet Crimes agent to the case and will be "watching it closely". Of course they wouldnt do anything to STOP this insane lady, Christal Scott, from doing anything...... that would make too much sense. They have said to let her post whatever she is going to and they will THEN take action because this involves hacking, breaching a private network, extortion across state lines and libel. I post this part on here in hopes that she will stumble across this and decide to stop her craziness before she winds up in jail. Whats worse, is my attorney tells me she already has 3 judgements against her and is considered, "judgment proof." Meaning that she is too broke to even be worth sueing!!! I care not, I am going to spend the money and get my worthless judgement and then the police have told me anything she has done would be considered "retaliation" and that is a felony.

I really hate to post things like this because it can never be removed, this goes for either side. But she has, on recorded phone calls, made malicous threats to ATTEMPT to ruin me and my company. She keeps ranting that I am the owner, but I am only a minority ownership in the CORPORATION.

I will be the first to admit that, as a collection agency, we dont always have the best reputation for "customer service". That being said though, this has gone on for long enough and has really gone too far. She is a worthless scam artist preying on those that have actually done something with their lives and just like the debtors we persue, wants something for nothing. Though I am in a tough business, I pay my taxes, I employ 13 people, I give back to my clients that which has been taken. I have never missed a payment in business, I have never "stiffed" a client. I have clients that are surprised to get a check from me, thinking that the debt was UNCOLLECTABLE and had already written it off. They call in thanking me all the time. But to have someone like this maniacal lady try to make my firm commit a crime, harrasment, in an attempt to get money that isnt rightfully hers and then to try to EXTORT money from me by stealing private pictures of my young children is REDICULOUS! Rest assured, I will be lighter in the pockets because I have to go though this, but every dime I spend will be well worth it to see her get what she deserves!!!

Keep it up Christal Scott, there are more people like me out here that know all about you and your shady, extortion and harrasment tactics. You are going to end up in jail and you are going to end up even more broke than you already are. Indiana allows for bank garnishements, you should have stayed in Texas. I am now at the point that I cannot stop, its about proving a point here. I could have paid her extortion money and went on with life, never having missed the money. But thats not the point, the point is NO ONE is going to STEAL from me or EXTORT money from me! Christal Scott, your craziness stops here!

We have had to contact the Round Rock police to file a police report for harassment from Raman. He has repeatly harassed our company by posting back to back reviews on multipule sites, send threatening emails, posting information that is false and misleading.

The majority of his "work" was done while he was working at The Austin Renissance Hotel. We had to contact his employer and make them aware that their IP Address has been reported for abuse to their provider, AT&T. They are not happy about Mr. ---'s actions and in fact he is under investigation with his employer for this harassment. I even have the emails from his corporate office to validate this. Mr. ---- has claimed we have harassed him, when in fact it is the other way around.

The police department even say it's true and agree he is simply "sue happy".
We have spoken to Mr. --- ONCE! And sent a total of THREE emails. Two asking nicely to cease and desist, and one informing him the Round Rock police were looking for him. (they went to his home last night to confront him on the harassment!!)

His "reviews" are removed on a daily basis by several websites and many have BANNED him! However he just keeps posting and harassing US!!!
Basically, this is what happened:
Mr. ---- contacted a company, LIED about his home condition, size, etc. He was refused more service and decided to "sue the manager" instead of the company! (what an idiot! You don't sue Ms. jane Doe, manager at Taco Bell, you sue Taco Bell!)

Anyways, he is under investigation for falsifying information to a court of law, and will be held liable for Purgery!
So beware! If he contacts you, stay clear!
He will tell you his home is 1000 sq ft SMALLER than it is, not mention the "loft area", fail to mention 2 additional bedrooms and a office. Expect the BLACK SCUM from his bathtub to come off in one treatment, along with years of soam scum, and hard water. All the time a little boy runs around on the floors you just swept and mopped a THIRD TIME to remove his foot prints, his mother-in-law will follow you around certiquing your work and areas that you haven't even gotten to yet. Distract you from what you are doing to ask about mopping the kitchen floor a FOURTH TIME!

RRPD even agrees this guy need meds and is sue happy. Beware! If you clean for him this same thing could possibly happen to you!
