On March 2010 I ordered a scanner for a project car. I paid thru paypal over $500 dollars. I followed closely the instructions and place the order and the payment thru www.knight-f2k4.com I knew it was going to take months but up to today it has been 6 years. The company owner and responsible to fulfill the order, Mr. Brennon Fullbright has been liying to me.

He refuses to refund me the money and never met deadlines. He keeps bringing up excuses and lately, everytime I asked him for the status of my scanner he blocked my email addresses even blocked me from facebook to get away with stealing the money from me. I told him that I am not interested on the scanner anymore. 6 years it is ridiculous and i bought a scanner from someone else. 

I contacted 3 years after i initially placed the order and he said he did not see it because it was thru paypal. Then I send him the statement and said he will finish it soon, 2-3 months. He also said that my order went to his old email address and guess what? His email address is still the same he uses to recieve orders, payment alerts and lie to customers. Until today he has been lying to me, evading me and ultimately blocking me from facebook and my email addreses.

He is a very sarcastic and unprofessional, he has his supporters and i am sure he has some "happy" customers with his long waits and the quality of his products. Well, If you have not waited as much as i have, please stop defending him and encourage him to refund me so he can focus on his group of supporters. If you are not in my shoes then keep it to yourself. 

I have a long thread of emails with his lies and false promises. I even have the transcripts of our facebook conversations saying that i have been very rude to him... he calls me rude because i am tired of waiting... That just proves the kind of jerk he is. Just trying to find excuses not to refund me the money.
