Ledford and Wu Non resposive and gave terrible advice chicago Illinois

I came to Ledford and Wu looking for legal advice.  They were more than willing to take my case even as I explained the complications.  I paid in full in October 2014.  By May 2015 I had heard nothing from them about my case.  I began calling weekly, then every 3 days, then daily trying to get a response.  Finally I got my lawyer on the phone who basically told me I was screwed.  I had to go to another lawyer who told me they advice I got from them was terrible and they were a complete waste of money.  I wrote a letter and sent it certified mail terminate my contract with them.  They said it would take 30 days to refund my money.  It's going on 60 days with no response from them.
