Ledford, Wu & Borges, LLC Bill Busters The Worsts Bankruptcy Attorney's EVER ! Chicago Illinois

Slow, UN-Professional, Not Organized, etc.

I needed to file bankruptcy to stop a potential lawsuit against me and its has been 5 weeks now and Ledford, Wu, & Borges, LLC (AKA Bill Busters) still have not filed my bankruptcy.  Hmmm.  They take your money and take their time.

After submitting and completing all the required information the attorney requested, I schedule an appointment at 9:30 Sat. morning.  I didn't see the attorney until 11:00 AM (they are so unprofessional and so unorganized.)  To make matters worsts none of my paperwork for the bankruptcy petition was accurate.  They told me to sign all the signature pages and we will email you the correct information.  I'm still waiting for the email and it's been 2 weeks now.  When I called to get more information about my case nobody knows what going on, but there solution is to email the attorney to find out whats going on.

They only communicate with emails; When I ask for the direct phone line of the attorney that was handling my case, they explained to me that there are no direct numbers but they can email the attorney my request.  Keep in mind that they have 13 attorneys on staff with eight office locations and you are telling me that none of the attorneys have direct phone lines.  That's a major concern for me, that's telling me they are not doing their job so they don't want to be contacted directly.

I would highly suggest going with another bankruptcy attorney if you live in the Chicagoland / NW Indiana area. Learn from my mistake and don't do business with them. I could have read and learned how to file my own bankruptcy in the amount of time they are taking to file my bankruptcy.  Use anyone but Bill Buster unless you got months before you need to file and you like dealing with UNprofessional lazy people.
