I used Ledgersync for a few months and I can attest that there software doesn't even work half the time.  They have a "enhanced history" add on you can buy for $80 which I was charged for but never got.  In fact I was charged twice a month every month on the same day but only had one account..and I don't think the software ever worked two days in a row.  I am sure its not intentional but ledgersync is a HUGE frustration that at the end of the day can not deliver on what they promise.

So I am out a few dozen hours of labor and a few hundred dollars--and if you email them you get a response from a Maurice Berdugo at maurice.berdugo@3rdvista.com telling me he won't speak to me since i disputed the two charges a month on the same day for one account.  So reporting the truth to amex means they will not even speak to me.

This Service Has Worked Fine for Us

AUTHOR: Houston TX Area CPA - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, October 30, 2017

IT problems are not a rip-off. We have been using this service and have had no prblem getting help and assistance from live people. Note, we do pay our bills. We have needed to call tech support for IT problems from time to time. However, they have always been knowledgeable, polite, and prompt at reaching a resolution. Over all, they are a good vendor.

Response to Inaccurate Reporting

AUTHOR: Maurice - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, August 28, 2017

I want to refute this report total and shameful lie.

1) I have tried a number of times to reach out to this particular person on many, many occasions. In all cases - I mean "All" cases his phone went straight to voicemail. I have never, ever, ever spoken to this person verbally on the phone.

2) People who know me and know my business, are well aware that I am the easiest person  to get a long with. In most cases I side with the customer and always give them their money back if there is a reasonable cause. I don't steal!

3) This person signed up for the same service using "DIFFERENT" email addresses and different accounts. Of course there will be multiple charges. If you sign up multiple times with different accounts the system doesn;t know it's the same person. We use Stripe and therefore either everyone is screwed up or no one is. YES- this person signed up under miltiple alias accounts- I don't know why!

4) His credit card on the other accounts "failed" a numebr of times. We tried to reach out to him (I have the emails to prove it) and no response. Nothing... We wasted many hours chasing this guy, calling him- no response.

5) This person was "upset" becauase he wanted to use our API and natually I would not allow him to sign up for a larger and far more complex project if he did not pay the basic online SAAS service. He then threatned me on text that he would complain (as he did) and dispute the charges. Why would I allow him to sign up for a $500 plan if he's giving me a headache for $25 and not willing to pay for the service that he used!

This complaint is unjustified and erronous.
