Lee Ruffin "Skip", never sent registration papers for the German Shepherd puppy I bought. I left many messages that he never answered or replied to any e-mail messages either. The dog I bought is supossed to be a solid black german shepherd, but his ears never went up, so I have no idea what kind of dog he sold me!!!!
