Signed a 1 year contract with Legacy ATM to install an ATM machine at their expense in our retail location. We were supposed to get $.75 per transaction paid every qtr from the time they installed the machine. They were to provide us a printout from the machine to verify the number of transactions each month. The ATM machine was installed in our building in the beginning of last summer, 2009, using our power and one of our phone lines to operate the ATM. The ATM was used by many customers over the summer months when we are busy as we have a motorsports complex. Then when the weather started to change in the fall and the machine had only processed a few transactions in one month a technician came unannounced and removed the machine saying they were going to move it to a busier location for the winter. When I asked about being paid the technician said he was only their to move the machine and the office would handle sending a check for the six months the machine was there. Numerous calls later they claim they did not have any transactions to pay us for. They would not provide any records to us as stipulated in the contract. They did transactions daily from this machine and never paid a dime to us for hosting their ATM. They drilled holes in our floor which were never repaired. They basically used our location for the summer when we are busy, charging our customers a high user fee for use of the ATM and then moved their machine elsewhere to scam the next business.

Legacy ATM Wants to Fix This Problem

AUTHOR: Legacy ATM - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, April 08, 2010

To Whom it May Concern, Legacy ATM was contacted by this reporting system that we had a customer that was unhappy with our removing the ATM from their business. They also said that we didn't pay them for the transactions that took place while the ATM was on-site at their location. One more problem they had was holes in the floor after reinstalling the ATM (our contract does state that we cannot repair floor damage). However, Legacy ATM responded to this customer by saying please call us we'd love to fix the problem as we do not know to call. We have have one location in your town and therefore do not know who to call as they are happy. Someone did call our 24/7 tech number on Easter Sunday as we were celebrating with family and friends and threaten me. He said it was the guy that filed the RipOffReport. They called from a Private number. The call was less than 60 seconds. So again, we would like to fix/help any past or present customers problems and we would appreciate a professional response from the poster so we can be contacted to fix this problem:). Our number is 720-891-1807. Poster please call us today so we can arrange a time to meet in person with ATM reports and a check for your transactions:))

Owner of Legacy ATM? Nice comment you clown!

AUTHOR: Blink - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, April 05, 2010

I did not call you BOZO!
Legacy ATM has done nothing, have not contacted us, paid us or repaired our floor.  You did not get a call from me as I would not waste my time talking to a clown like you.
I do not have to ruin you as you are ruining yourself by the way you do business.
You are not good people.  Good people honor their contracts which you do not.  Take your clown show to Vegas looser, you will fit right in with the rest of the scammers!
You can buy your own ATM on Ebay for less than a $1000 and keep all of the ATM fees and not have to pay the clowns at Legacy ATM who don't honor their contracts or even bother to do anything but get on the RipOff report and lie about what they did not do.
