used a payphone didnt have 50cent on me. dial oo and was told to enter my debt card #. and dial the # im tryn to reach. I was put through without being told of any charges. I checked my bank statement online and noticed a charge from legacy long distance 0f 13.56. and a nother charge is pending 0f $1 at the moment. I was not givin the opportunity to choose is i wanted to make that decision of spending $13.56 or not for a 50 cent call.
