I saw online a 2005 Chrysler 300 car for sale at Legacy Motors I stop in to see the car September 28, 2015. The car was clean in good condition the engine stream clean I test -drive the car. After the test drive I purchase the car, February 20, 2016 the motor oil lght came on while driving the car I took car in for service. The mechanic asks me when was the last time the oil was change I said January 2016. He said you got oil leaking from the engine value cover caskets, and you got oil sluggiish build up inside the engine. I spent $950.00 more on engine repair replacing the oil sending switch the oill pan was removed a part inside the engine was replace the mechanietold me if this does not fix the problem I will need an engine replacement. March 23, 2016 my engine blew up  with a lot of smoke, the car shut down I tried restarting the engine the engine made a loud metal grinding noise. I call Legacy Motors angry saying " why did you sell me a car for $7,056 with a defected engine." Legacy Motors got rude with me on the phone I could not get a word in I ended the phone call. Legacy Motors knew the car have a bad engine they stream clean the engine to hide the oil leaks and clean the car up to sell it. I happen to be the guy that purchased the car, Legacy Motors was only interested in selling the defected car for money. If they did not stream clean the engine I would have seen the oil leaks and would not have purchase the car $7,056.00. A used car at that price should be drivable I did not have the car for 6 months I have been with out my car since March 23, 2016 that is not right not fair if I had allow a mechanic to inspect the car before paying $7,056.-- the mechanic would say " this is a well kept car to be a 2005 the engine look good buy it. " The Mechanic could not see the oil leaking because the engine was stream clean this B look dealer Legacy Motors fix these cars up to run and when customers buy the car it break down because the car had problems when Legacy Motors paid for them. Legacy Motors get away with this crap because of loop holes in the law in Michigan, no other state got this kind of law. I am going to fight Legacy Motors until I get what I want.
