On Aug. 18, 2010 I received an e-mail from Lisa Jeffreys thanking me for choosing their Legal Home Loan Solutions for loan modification. I was told the loan is being processed but I may be asked for updated bank statements & pay stubs through out the process and to have them readily available so there's no delay. After reading their e-mail this line stands out most - keep in mind we will be working directly with your lender & providing them with your most up to date information, so please keep communications with them to a minimus - any additional communication with them could deelay the process. This was written after I sent my money ($2,750.00) to them and was also told not to pay my mortgage at all.

I almost lost my house, thanks to Lisa Jeffreys (she claims to be a lawyer) Thank God I called my mortgage company and paid back the months I didn't pay, plus a large fine. But I now have my house back.

I was told when I got my new mortgage I would be stable for life.
