On May1 2008, mr. Brian Thomas called myself and many family members telling them that i had felony warrants pending against me. I asked him what it involved and he said it was for fast cash payday loan. My balance with them is around $400. Mr. Thomas told me that i had to have $1200 by midnight or there would be a warrant issued for my arrest. My mother got on the phone and he then demanded $624 by the end of the night. Then he proceeded to inform her that if it wasnt paid within a few hours he was going to close his case and issue a felony warrant. He told her to go to Wal-mart and purchase a Walmart Express Payment Money Gram for $8. He said on the last line enter receipt code 5184. He said to wire it to United Processing Inc. Jacksonville FL. We hung up on him and then googled united processing and thats when we saw that there are many claims against this company. At 7:30 am this morning he called me as well as my uncle tim w. I called back and informed them of what we found out. again he gave me the adress and told me to go to walmart and send a moneygram. this time he said on the first line enter receipt code 5184. finally around 9:30 am mr alex davis called and left a voicemail stating that my case had been handed off for a warrant to be filed....
