American Home Solution We were ripped off and lost our home! This company promised several things and came through with nothing. Told us our bank was trying to scare us; etc. These people belong in Jail! West Palm Beach, Florida

This company contacted us, and promised us in March of 2009, that they would do a loan modification and lower our principal on our home.  We were told to send them everything from tax returns to paystubs and our bank statements.  My husband had been laid off from work and we got behind in payments.  This company promised to fix everything and make it even better.  When we were first sent papers stating that our home was going to be foreclosed on, I immediately called Dante with American Home Solution.  He said that the bank was just trying to intimidate us, and there was nothing that they could really do.  He told us to fax the papers to him, and the lawyer working on our case, (Joseph Prince Esquire), would immediately deal with the company.  We were also advised by American Home Solution that we were to send in a fax to our mortgage company called a "CEASE AND DESIST FROM CALLING"  We complied and did as we were told.  We assumed that everything was worked out, because we never heard from the bank again.  Dante kept assuring us that himself and Joseph Prince were working on our file.  Then.........in August, we were sheriff served.  At this point, things had gotten so far behind.  I did attempt to contact our bank, but to no avail.  We are to be out of our home by October 15th, 2009.  This Dante M. knew that we had 4 kids, and he knew that we loved our home.  I hope my life was worth the $1500.00 that he stole from my famity.  It was the last of my money at this time, and they were such smooth talkers, that I really thought they were legit.  I don't know how they can sleep at night!  Shame on them!!  At this time, there is no contact, all phone numbers, faxes, etc., have been shut off.  I was never given my money back, although, I have filed a suit with the Attorney General's Office in Florida.  I hope they catch this smooth talking Dante Marquez, Joseph Prince, Jason Malafronte, and Gina Pisacano!  These are all the people that I personally spoke with during this process with American Home Solution.
