This Idiot (Mr. Alberts) called my best friend while she was on vacation to tell her a warrant was being issude for my arrest for bank fraud. So I inturn called the Idiot and he first started talking fast to let me know my rights and to tell me that by 9am Monday morning a warrant would be issued for my arrest. To my surprise this was on a supposed payday loan taken out 2 years ago. I told him that that particular account this supposed loan was to go into has been closed way before that and if I did take out this loan how come this is the first I am hearing of it. He said its because they didn't have an address that there was a telephone number in the address field, that number happened to be my daughter's cell phone number. I said even if I did take out this loan I would not put a telephone number as my address and if that was the case how was the application accepted. He said that anything can be put in the fields on the computer and it would be accepted. He also had my best friends name and number, my boyfriend's name and number and another friends name and number. Now I have been with my boyfriend 5 years and he lives with me and he has never gotten a call regarding any of this, neither have any of the others he had listed. I said to him that you can't possibly listen to this and it makes sense to you . And hecouldn't give me a response or any documentation supporting these facts. He said unless I wire him 650 dollars by Monday at 12 he would issue a warrant where the bail would be 1350.00 dollars. At first I told him I would send it. But how is it that the only information I find on this company are all complaints, nothing at all about the actual company if it even exists. I will not be sending any money and will contact my lawyer and suggest others do the same.
