     LEGAL  SHIELD  is  a  CON,  what   we  call.... the  "long  con".

     That's  what  the  bunco  squad  calls  acute  and  chronic  criminals

     who   establish  an  elaborate   sting,  to   cheatg,  lie,  and  bilk  

     innocent   people  out of their  money.

     It  happended  to  me.   I live  in  North  East  Oklahoma,  and  knew

     nothing  about  Legal  Shield.....  and  this....is  what   the   shysters

     who  run   and   operate  Legal  Shield  depend  upon....our   total

     ignorance.

     Legal  Shield   is  in  the  pretending  business.   They  are  in  the

     Bait,  and  Switch  business.

     They  are  NOT  in  the   lawyering  business.

     Anyone   who  tells  you  that   they,  Legal  Shield,  ever  solved

     a   court  case,  or  ever  helped   someone  out  of  a   "sticky

     wicket "....is   a   LIAR.   A CHEAT.   And....a  THIEF.

     IF  they  tell  you  that  they  sued  someone   with   Legal  Shield's 

    help,   they  are  simply  lieing  out   their  a$$. 

    RUN,  RUN, RUN....form  LEGAL  SHIELD.

    These  are  people  who   commit  terrible  crimes.

I know little about Legal Shield, but I felt it would be easy to check one of the claims. I did check the Forbes top 200 best companies and Legal Shield is not on that list. Forbes has no statement or listing on,ine for Legal Shield.  That leads me to not trust other things this poster writes. 

What makes me uprofessional?  Because I called someone an idiot?  Unpolite, yes, but in this case apparently true.  As has happened with the vast majority of the multitude of negative complaints posted about this company on RR, a Kool-Aid drinker or two were bound to pop up and try to defend it.  When the economy took a downturn and I ended up with a bit of extra time on my hands, yes I briefly looked into this "opportunity".  But I ran from it at full speed when I learned of the MLM strucure and the literally thousands of negaitve reviews posted online, many having to do with cancellation policies.  

I am not a keyboard commando, I just know a scam when I see one, plain and simple.  As a regular reader of RR, I see complaints about Legal Shield pop up with frightening regularity.  

Oh, and by the way chief, they have absolutely no presence in the Northern, NJ area. So I am some far from some disgruntled or jealous compeitor of this scam of a company.  They are nobody and nothing to me.  I am happy and busy and have all the work I need.  Happily serving my clients, adressing their needs, keeping them satisfied, and providing them value for their money. And happingly getting paid in the process.   

I'm not goin to stoop to your level.  Everything I said is true...and documented.  Sooooo your an attorney....eh?  Wellllll, that eplains your rage.  You can't stand the competition.  OOOOHHHH....and by the way..."How much would you charge me to help me get my deposit back....or go to court with me."?   HOW MUCH??????

If you are an attorney as you say you are, your comments above are unprofressional. I am not currently a contractor or a customer of LegalShield, but I was a contractor and customer in the past. I made a little money with Pre-Paid Legal and was always paid on time. I used the services on a couple of occasions to collect overdue accounts related to another business I owned from clients. Each time, the attorney did as they said they would, sent the collection letter and the overdue amounts were collected.

So I'm certain there are many people like me who have had a positive experience and a few jerks like you, call them "keyboard commandoes" who think they can intimidate someone from their computer.

You sound like a brainwashed idiot, and you are misleading in your repsonse.  I am an attorney and I have looked this crappy pyramid scheme of a company over very closely.  You pay a monthly fee to get access to a lawyer who gives you a five minute conference call or writes a simple demand letter.  Anything above and beyond these services you pay like a normal client but at a slightly discounted rate.  You cant choose your own attorney or firm...  

As soon as you join they immediately start trying to convince to become a sales person and market the scam to all of your friends and family and coworkers.  

Then when you get wise and try to cancel thay make you jump through hoops because they still want to collect your money.  The are only on a Forbes list because they make huge profits form all the sheeple who let them perpetually debit their bank account every month.

A MLM pyramid scheme of the highest order.  You should be ashamed of your self for defending it.  Now go away, as you are not fooling anybody...
