In reviewing your order, the call was reviewed and determined that LegalZoom did not make the error in the business address, however as a courtesy all LegalZoom fees were waived for filing the amendment and you were allowed charged the required state filing fee. Your original LLC filing was not delayed but the address issue was questioned in your DBA order and we contacted you resolve it right away. We filed the amendment on an expedited basis and we expect to receive confirmation of filing back by the end of this week. You may also check the filing status online directly on the state website.

 

As an additional courtesy and in effort to regain some of your satisfaction, I am happy to offer you the business license package you purchase free of charge. This means a credit of $75.00 will be applied to the account and be deducted from the balance you still owe. I am so called the victim. I pacifically asked the person that i needed the llc done asap and  I got the premium service you guys got and signed legal zoom as my registered agent , and than I ordered the dba through legal zoom and apparently

But I am stuck paying you guys customer REP was rude and said that if you go a head and file on your own than to it,but you have to pay our fees, it felt like that it just about you got your money and hell with the customer

And how come I will give the wrong address ,as if I do not know my own home address.

I was told that the supervisor review the tape and I gave the wrong address but they refuse to  give me the recording on top of all the fees I end up giving $55 amendment too which in the first place is your fault.

Everybody seems wanting to help there, but nobody actually does, anyways I just need to know when my filing will be it is close to the  month now.

And I could not have known the filing details If i had not log into my account , nobody had the courtesy to even call and said that your filing was delayed because of the address 

I am losing weeks of my business operation
